My name is Dorothee and I’m super passionate about Yoga, Ayurveda and Journaling – but mostly about the combination of all three!

You will feel at home here on this blog if you are already a fan of yoga, ayurveda and journaling, but also if you’re an absolute beginner. I share tips, inspirations and info about these three topics that are so close to my heart, but also personal articles about my experiences and thoughts about everything that’s on my mind at the moment.

Yoga, ayurveda and writing have enriched my life immensely and I would love to share that with you. Doing so, it is very important to me to keep my contents down-to-earth, relatable and suitable for everyday use so that everyone can easily use them and also to nip reserves right in the bud. Oftentimes, these reserves arise because of clichés. The classics: „I’m not flexible enough to do yoga!“, „Ayurveda is super complicated!“ or „My writing isn’t good enough to journal!“ I’ve heard them all!

I say: All of those thoughts are false and these practices are available to absolutely everyone. That’s exactly what I want to convey with my articles.

Once a month, I introduce you to someone new in the category “Interesting People”. Read interviews with awesome persons talking about the topic that’s closest to their heart.
